التطبيق مجاني للدكتور والسكرتير لاغلب الانظمة. للاستفسار عن التفاصيل راسلنا عند التسجيل.The app is free for doctors and secretaries on most plans. Ask us for details when you register.
كيف أحجز موعدا؟How do I book an appointment?⌄
ابحث عن دكتورك بالاسم أو التخصص أو المحافظة، اختر العيادة والموعد، ثم أرسل طلب الحجز. ستصلك رسالة تأكيد.Search for your doctor by name, specialty, or governorate, pick a clinic and slot, and send the booking request. You will receive a confirmation.
هل يمكنني إلغاء الحجز؟Can I cancel a booking?⌄
نعم، يمكنك إلغاء طلب حجزك من التطبيق قبل موعده. قد تطبق كل عيادة سياستها الخاصة على الإلغاء المتأخر أو تكرار عدم الحضور.Yes, you can cancel your booking request from the app before its time. Each clinic may apply its own policy on late cancellation or repeated no-shows.
كيف أحجز لطفلي أو أحد أفراد عائلتي؟How do I book for a child or family member?⌄
من حسابك: الإعدادات ← أفراد العائلة ← أضف فردا جديدا. ثم احجز له كما لو كنت تحجز لنفسك.From your account: Settings → Family Members → Add member. Then book exactly as for yourself.
أين تحفظ بياناتي؟ هل هي آمنة؟Where is my data stored? Is it safe?⌄

كيف أحذف حسابي؟How do I delete my account?⌄
من التطبيق فقط: الإعدادات ← الحساب ← حذف الحساب. يصلك رمز تحقق على WhatsApp وبعد ادخاله الصحيح يحذف الحساب مباشرة. الشرح الكامل لما ينحذف وما يبقى: صفحة حذف الحساب.In-app only: Settings → Account → Delete Account.
