كيف تحذف حسابك في دكتوري، وشنو ينحذف وشنو يبقى. How to delete your Doctori account, what is erased, and what remains.

1. الحذف يتم من داخل التطبيق

حذف حسابك في دكتوري يتم من داخل تطبيق دكتوري على هاتفك فقط. هذه الصفحة صفحة شرح، وما بيها اي حقل تدخل بيه رقمك.

هذا مقصود لحمايتك. اي صفحة انترنت تطلب رقم هاتفك وتوعدك تحذف حسابك تصلح ان تكون اداة احتيال، فخلينا الحذف داخل التطبيق حيث نتحقق منك برمز يوصل واتساب رقمك المسجل.

2. الخطوات

  1. افتح تطبيق دكتوري وسجل الدخول برقمك.
  2. من الشريط السفلي افتح تبويب حسابي، ثم اضغط ايقونة الاعدادات (الترس) باعلى الشاشة.
  3. انزل الى اسفل صفحة الاعدادات، الى قسم الحساب، واضغط حذف حسابي.
  4. اكتب كلمة حذف في الحقل، وعلم على مربع الاقرار بان الحذف نهائي.
  5. يوصلك رمز تحقق على واتساب رقمك. ادخل الرمز خلال 15 دقيقة من طلب الحذف، وبعدها يلزمك تبدا من جديد.
  6. بمجرد قبول الرمز ينفذ الحذف فورا وتخرج من حسابك. ما بيها انتظار ولا مدة معالجة.

3. قبل ما تبدا

  • ما تكدر تحذف حسابك وعندك حجز نشط. الغ حجوزاتك النشطة اولا من التطبيق ثم اعد المحاولة.
  • الحذف نهائي ولا يوجد زر استرجاع. ما نكدر نرجع لك حسابك بعد تنفيذ الحذف.
  • رقم هاتفك يبقى محجوزا 14 يوما بعد الحذف. بعد انتهاء المدة تكدر تفتح حسابا جديدا بنفس الرقم، وهو حساب جديد فارغ لا استرجاع للقديم.
  • الحذف من داخل التطبيق متاح لحساب المريض. لو حسابك حساب دكتور او سكرتير، راسلنا على البريد بالاسفل.

4. البيانات التي تحذف نهائيا

هذه تمسح من قواعد بياناتنا الحية لحظة تنفيذ الحذف:

  • سجلك الصحي: قياسات الوزن والضغط والسكر التي سجلتها بنفسك.
  • جدول ادويتك وكل التذكيرات المرتبطة بيه.
  • ملفك الطبي: فصيلة الدم، الطول، الوزن، الحساسيات، الادوية الحالية، وملاحظاتك.
  • قائمة الامراض المزمنة التي اخترتها.
  • جلسات الدخول على كل اجهزتك، فينقطع الدخول من كل جهاز فورا.

5. البيانات التي تفرغ من هويتك

هذه لا تمسح صفوفها لكن تنزع منها بياناتك الشخصية:

  • حسابك: يمسح الاسم الكامل ورقم الهاتف والجنس وتاريخ الميلاد والمحافظة، ويعطل الحساب.
  • بيانات الدخول: يمسح الرقم والبريد من نظام الدخول، ويمنع الدخول بحسابك نهائيا.
  • افراد العائلة الذين اضفتهم: تمسح اسماؤهم وارقام هواتفهم.
  • رسائلك في المحادثات: يستبدل نص كل رسالة ارسلتها انت بكلمة [محذوف]، وتزال مرفقاتها.
  • اشعارات هاتفك: تعطل كل اجهزتك المسجلة فما توصلك اي اشعارات بعدها.

6. البيانات التي تبقى، ولماذا

نفضل نكولها بصراحة بدل ما نوعدك بوعد ما ننفذه:

  • حجوزاتك السابقة تبقى عند الدكتور والعيادة كما كانت وقت الحجز، وتشمل اسمك ورقمك ومحافظتك وملاحظاتك والتشخيص المسجل ان وجد. الحجز سجل مراجعة يخص العيادة ايضا لا يخصك وحدك، وحذفه يشيل من الدكتور سجل مريض حضر عنده فعلا.
  • الوصفات والخطط العلاجية التي كتبها لك الدكتور تبقى، للسبب نفسه.
  • التقييمات التي كتبتها للدكاترة تبقى منشورة.
  • رسائل الطرف الثاني في محادثاتك تبقى كما هي، لان الرسالة ملك من ارسلها. المحادثات كلها، لاي مستخدم، تمسح تلقائيا بعد 60 يوما من اخر رسالة فيها.
  • نسخة داخلية من بيانات حسابك تحفظ في سجل مقفل لا يصله الا ادارة المنصة، وهي احتياط تشغيلي خلال مدة حجز رقمك. تفرغ تلقائيا من هويتك بعد 14 يوما من الحذف: يمسح منها الاسم ورقم الهاتف ومحتوى النسخة، ويبقى سطر واحد يقول ان هذا الحساب حذف نهائيا ولا يمكن استعادته. هذا السطر ما بيه اي شي يدل عليك، ووجوده هو الذي يمنع اعادة تفعيل الحساب بالغلط.
  • سجل التدقيق: تسجل عملية الحذف نفسها في سجل تدقيق داخلي يحذف بعد 12 شهرا. الاشعارات القديمة تحذف بعد 6 اشهر.

7. لا توجد لديك سجلات مالية

تطبيق دكتوري لا ياخذ من المريض اي بيانات بطاقة ولا اي وسيلة دفع، ولا يصدر لك فواتير. الفواتير والاشتراكات في المنصة تخص الدكاترة والعيادات وحدهم، وما بيها اي ربط بحساب المريض. يعني ما عندك اي سجل مالي يبقى بعد الحذف.

1. Deletion happens inside the app

Deleting your Doctori account is done from the Doctori app on your phone only. This page explains the process; it contains no field where you enter your number.

This is deliberate. Any web page that asks for your phone number and promises to delete your account makes an excellent phishing template, so deletion stays inside the app, where we verify you with a code sent to the WhatsApp number on your account.

2. Steps

  1. Open the Doctori app and sign in with your number.
  2. From the bottom bar open the Profile tab, then tap the settings (gear) icon at the top of the screen.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of Settings, to the Account section, and tap Delete my account.
  4. Type the word DELETE in the field and tick the box acknowledging that deletion is permanent.
  5. A verification code arrives on your WhatsApp number. Enter it within 15 minutes of starting the request, otherwise you must start again.
  6. Once the code is accepted, deletion runs immediately and you are signed out. There is no waiting period and no processing delay.

3. Before you start

  • You cannot delete your account while you have an active booking. Cancel your active bookings in the app first, then try again.
  • Deletion is permanent and there is no undo. We cannot bring your account back once it runs.
  • Your phone number stays locked for 14 days after deletion. After that you may open a new account on the same number. It is a new, empty account, not a restore of the old one.
  • In-app deletion is available for patient accounts. If yours is a doctor or secretary account, email us at the address below.

4. Data that is permanently erased

These are removed from our live databases the moment deletion runs:

  • Your health log: the weight, blood-pressure and blood-sugar readings you recorded.
  • Your medication schedule and every reminder attached to it.
  • Your medical profile: blood type, height, weight, allergies, current medications and your notes.
  • The list of chronic conditions you selected.
  • Your sign-in sessions on every device, so access is cut off everywhere at once.

5. Data that is stripped of your identity

These rows are not removed, but your personal details are taken out of them:

  • Your account: full name, phone number, gender, date of birth and governorate are cleared, and the account is disabled.
  • Your sign-in record: phone and email are cleared from the authentication system and sign-in is permanently blocked.
  • Family members you added: their names and phone numbers are cleared.
  • Your chat messages: the text of every message you sent is replaced with [deleted] and its attachments are removed.
  • Your push devices: every registered device is deactivated, so no further notifications reach you.

6. Data that remains, and why

We would rather state this plainly than promise something we do not do:

  • Your past bookings stay with the doctor and the clinic exactly as they were at booking time, including your name, number, governorate, your notes, and the recorded diagnosis if any. A booking is also the clinic's record of a visit, not yours alone, and erasing it would take away a doctor's record of a patient who genuinely attended.
  • Prescriptions and treatment plans written for you by your doctor stay, for the same reason.
  • Reviews you wrote about doctors stay published.
  • The other party's messages in your chats stay as they are, because a message belongs to whoever sent it. All chats, for every user, are deleted automatically 60 days after their last message.
  • An internal copy of your account data is kept in a locked record that only platform administration can reach, as an operational safety net for as long as your number is held. It is stripped of your identity automatically 14 days after deletion: the name, phone number and copied contents are cleared, leaving a single line stating that this account was permanently deleted and cannot be restored. That line identifies nobody, and its existence is what prevents the account being reactivated by mistake.
  • Audit trail: the deletion itself is written to an internal audit log that is deleted after 12 months. Old notifications are deleted after 6 months.

7. You have no financial records with us

The Doctori app never takes card details or any payment method from a patient, and never issues you an invoice. Invoices and subscriptions on the platform belong to doctors and clinics only, with no link to a patient account. There is therefore no financial record of yours to retain after deletion.
